The company’s press-service informs that “the annual production volume of stone wool products for utility systems, buildings, and processing equipment may reach 23.7 million rubles”.
Furthermore, the investors spent 7.6 million rubles on processing equipment for the new line, and the entire project for construction and launch of stone wool production in the city of Krasniy Sulin cost 3.2 billion rubles.
The plant is a resident of the Krasnosulinsky industrial park based in Rostov. It took only 12 months to build the manufacturing facility, and the early summer saw the process start-up. Rostov plant produces stone wool according to the cupola technology which allows a reduction in operating costs and efficient use of generated heat.
The product range of Rostov located Zavod Techno will feature six product categories. The annual production output should reach 1.3 cu.m. when the enterprise starts operating at full capacity. Technonicol also launched the manufacture of basalt insulation in the Far East in late August.
