Lib Tech boards with basalt fiber to conquer snow and waves

The manufacturer uses basalt fiber instead of conventional glass fiber to improve structural strength and at the same time to reduce weight. We can find such a sandwich with basalt fiber in a lot of snowboards and surfboards under the brand Lib Tech.

For the winter season 2016/2017 the company has manufactured C2BTX snowboards in the lines TRS XC2 – HORSEPOWER and FIREPOWER. New products are designed for experienced snowboarders with an aggressive riding style. In addition to strength, flexibility and light weight, basalt fiber provides better board sensitivity to the snowboarder’s movements. What is more, the novelties better absorb impacts, helping the athlete to increase stability when riding.

Lib Tech has been manufacturing snowboards, surfboards, skateboards and skis for more than 30 years. These products are appreciated not only by amateurs but also professionals. There are a lot of famous names among new lines testers, including world champions and Winter Olympics winners.
