The trade fair will take place in Germany – this country is the largest producer of GRP in Europe. Stuttgart, the hosting city of COMPOSITES EUROPE, is located directly on the doorstep of many suppliers and OEM’s to the application industry concerned. The attendees will be able to see the stands of over 400 exhibitors from more than 25 nations.
This year the organisers are planning to go beyond Trade Fair and Forum for Composites. Upcoming novelties are as follows:
- Lightweight Technologies Forum where experts will present their real-world experiences with issues revolving around material composites in the automotive, aerospace and architecture segments in several application-focused modules.
- Guided Tours around the trade fair, which will lead you to exhibitors related to five different topics. Guided Tours at COMPOSITES EUROPE 2017 offer the opportunity to get an overview about selected topics and questions according to the attendee’s interests.
The programme Career&Composites will help graduates to find job and companies to hire new employees.
COMPOSITES EUROPE 2017 expects the attendance of more than 10,000 professional visitors from more than 60 countries. The number of visitors is four times more than that at the first trade show in 2006. Experts from Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Switzerland and Austria show the greatest interest to this event. Some interesting figures:
- 72% of visitors are persons who make decisions in their companies or influence decision-making process.
- 78% of the visitors attended last year’s exhibition but did not visit JEC in France that year.
