- Flax/PP LFT: A lightweight natural fibre moulding compound for automotive interiors, typically giving a 15-20% weight saving over conventional Glass/PP LFT parts, together with improved NVH damping.
- Carbon/PA Tape: A high-performance thermoplastic tape for preform manufacture, local stiffening and part production, where selective reinforcement of an LFT moulding with Carbon/PA tape provides a 200% increase in bending stiffness.
Glass/PFA Prepreg: A fire-retardant prepreg for rail interiors, shown to meet EN45545-HL3, but without the hazardous emissions of conventional phenolic resin systems.
