CAMX 2017 is postponed

The Composites and Advanced Materials Premier Expo is postponed as Hurricane Irma tracks towards the Florida coast.

Due to the forecasted impact of Hurricane Irma, CAMX – The Composites and Advanced Materials Expo, will not be held as planned. CAMX 2017 – North America’s go-to composites event for products, solutions, networking and advanced industry thinking – was scheduled to begin on September 11, 2017, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

CAMX will review potential future dates later this year.

On September 8th, Gregg Balko, SAMPE CEO and Executive Director said:

“Our first concern is safety. With Hurricane Irma’s storm track, we want to ensure the safety of thousands of suppliers, manufacturers, and professionals in the composites and advanced materials industry who planned to be in Orlando for CAMX next week. To our CAMX family and friends in Florida, our thoughts are with you and your family.”
