Clock Spring acquires Citadel Technologies

The manufacturer of permanent and temporary composite pipeline and pipe work repair solutions, announces the acquisition of Citadel Technologies of Tulsa, OK, a prominent manufacturer of engineered, carbon-fiber composite repairs for 20 years.

“Aligning our strengths and combining our complementary product lines enables us to offer customers the industry’s most complete and comprehensive suite of composite repair solutions and expands our mutual capability to address asset integrity issues for transmission pipelines and high-consequence process piping.” says Clock Spring CEO and President Matt Boucher.
