Evopreg prepregs got a new home

Composites Evolution has completed its move to a new prepreg manufacturing facility in Chesterfield, UK.

Announcing the launch of a new Evepreg range of epoxy and bio-based prepregs reinforced with glass, basalt, flax, carbon and aramid textile, Composite Evolution made a statement about starting a new manufacturing facility.

Chesterfield facility started in July 2018 will produce not only the Evopreg range of epoxy prepregs but also the PFA-based (Polyfurfuryl Alcohol) Evopreg-PFC prepregs that provide exceptional fire performance.

Dr. Brendon Weager, Technical Director explained:

This exciting development of our business concludes several years of investment in product development and commercialisation.
