All other Enduro product lines, including its Building Products (TUFF SPAN™), Electrical Cable Management, Structural & Mechanical, and Water & Wastewater structures located in Houston,Texas, as well as its Field Services group, located in Freeport, Texas, continue as core businesses within the Enduro portfolio. Also, related to the transaction, Enduro announced the relocation of its Clarifier Product line to its headquarters facility in Houston, Texas, and it will be integrated into Enduro’s Water & Wastewater group.
