Barnett has served on the ACMA Board of Directors in various capacities, including on the Finance Committee and as Chairman. Barnett said:

“I am excited and honored to serve as Interim President of the ACMA. Thank you to Tom and the organization’s entire leadership for this opportunity. I look forward to working with staff and the membership to continue our vital work, including elevating our industry to help save energy through lightweight products and solutions, rebuilding America’s infrastructure, and developing new standards, legislation, materials and processes for composites and advanced materials.”

ACMA Chairman of the Board, Scott Balogh said:

“As ACMA’s leadership begins the search process, I am grateful that Kevin will serve in a greater capacity during this critical leadership transition. Current President Tom Dobbins said:

“Kevin has been a figure in the composites industry since the late-90s and an exceptional leader at Core Molding Technologies and on ACMA’s Board of Directors.
